More than thirty years of professional experience. 1984-97, management and systems consultant to the Canadian public service including the Canadian International Development Agency, Privy Council's Office, Auditor-General, Revenue Canada, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Department of Defence. 1996-97, Canadian Executive Interchange Participant. 1997-2012, Director, Government Donor Relations, UN World Food Programme, in addition to senior posts in Afghanistan (Head of the UN Joint Logistics Centre), Indonesia (Deputy Country Director and Tsunami Response) and for the Iraq Planning Team.
